The Buddh International Circuit

The Buddh International Circuit (BIC), India’s first and only F1 racetrack, is counted among the fastest and safest Grand Prix tracks globally. The 5.14 km new-generation circuit has 16 flowing corners, three straights and breath-taking elevation changes, 41 stunning pit garages. The Pavement specification and tolerance range are the toughest in the industry .We completed the pavement for the racing tracks and access roads in 2011 in a record time of 18 months.

Yamuna Expressway project

The Construction of 95 km of the Yamuna Expressway project was undertaken by Oriental Structural Engineers. This was one of the foremost access-controlled expressways in India based on rigid Pavement. The machinery deployment for this project was pivotal as time was critical for completion and the quantity requirements posed a huge challenge both in terms of logistics and availability. A total of 2.5 million (approx.) tonnes of concrete was produced in a span of less than 1 year using the following plants.

Delhi Noida Flyway

Mitusi Marubeni Corporation Ltd entrusted the work of construction of Delhi-Noida Flyway excluding the Yamuna Bridge to Oriental Structural Engineers. This first of its kind 8 lane- expressways with flexible pavement design has been a showcase to the greatest levels of quality and workmanship. This project was the foremost project to be built on public-private partnership projects and hence its success was instrumental to lay the foundation for future projects on the same platform. The expectations in all aspects of deliverables were exemplary in nature, such was the quality of execution that despite exponential traffic growth and usage of the expressway, the first overlay (major Maintenance) of the project had been undertaken after 8 years; the ride quality of this project has always been a benchmark to construction standards in the Highway Sector.

OSE INVIT – ORIENTAL INFRATRUST OSEPL, in June 2019, has set up an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT), as per extant SEBI regulations, under the name of Oriental InfraTrust and transferred five operating road assets having the length of ~ 631 km to the same. Out of the five assets, 4 are toll roads and one is an annuity project with a fixed annual annuity payment from NHAI.
