OSE INVIT - ORIENTAL INFRATRUST

OSE INVIT – ORIENTAL INFRATRUST OSEPL, in June 2019, has set up an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT), as per extant SEBI regulations, under the name of Oriental InfraTrust and transferred five operating road assets having length of ~ 631 km to the same. Out of the five assets, 4 are toll roads and one is an annuity project with a fixed annual annuity payment from NHAI.
Post the private placement, Oriental Group holds 60.45% of the units of Oriental InfraTrust while financial investors including International Finance Corporation (member of the World Bank Group), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (multilateral development bank), DEG (Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft is a Development Finance Institution and a subsidiary of KfW Group, Germany) and HEG (leading manufacturer and exporter of graphite electrodes) hold the balance 39.55%.
It is listed on National Stock Exchange. Fair Value of all InvIT assets as on 30th Sept 2021 is INR 13,970.30 Crore with NAV of INR 119.8 per unit. OSEPL is acting as Sponsor for the InvIT and Project Manager (for undertaking the O&M & Major Maintenance activities and ensuring compliance in line with the Concession Agreement). OIT Infrastructure Management Limited (Formerly known as Indian Technocrat Limited) is acting as an Investment Manager for managing funds/making distributions to unit holders.
ICRA and CRISIL have rated Oriental InfraTrust as AAA/Stable in 2021.
