Salient Features
Salient feature of the project was effective programming co-ordination and good site organisation which was essentially required and provided to complete the work in record time of 26 months, including rainy seasons despite intricate logistics involved in transportation of plant and equipment in the remote area, which included crossing of weak bridges, steep gradients and difficult climatic conditions.
The scope of work involved the execution of the following items:-

For execution of these works the company deployed large numbers of earthmoving equipments such as, dozers, graders, vibratory earth compactors, excavators, loaders, etc., equipment for mixing and laying granular sub-base and wet mix macadam computerised Hot Mix Plant and Paver Finisher with electronic sensors, Mechanical Bitumen sprayer for laying bituminous concrete and automatic concrete batching plant, Vibratory rollers, static rollers and pneumatic tyre rollers for compaction of granular sub-base, wet mix macadam and various layers of bituminous concrete and other associated equipment required for such projects.
