Ltd., a consruction company engaged in real estate developement. Financial soundness of the Group gives us additional financial backing in case any shortfall does arise in implementation of contracts.

OSEL are one of the leading construction companies having expertise in construction of rigid and flexible pavements for roads/highways and airfields, including bridges and earthwork.

During 26 years of its existence OSEL have executed pavement works, both rigid and flexible, at 38 airfields and approximately 650 kms. of city roads ands national/state highways in India and abroad, for Indian Airforce, Central Public Works Department, State Public Works Departments and Municipal Corporations, etc.

OSEL has a unique distinction of construction experience having constructed airfield at Imphal in far east, Suratgarh in west, Trichy in south, Car Nicobar Island in the Bay of Bengal and Agatti Island in the Arabian Sea and thereby enriching its experience in working anywhere in India in diverse climatic and geographical environments.
